 No. We also have a 1st class fabrication shop, a fully staffed mechanical engineering department, electrical engineering department, construction and service department as well. We have designed, managed, fabricated, and installed all types of equipment including large and small structures, one-off steel fabrications, contact services like laser cutting, bending, and painting, as well as 3D scanning of facilities. If you can dream it, we can do it. 

That depends on the complexity of the system or part. Some parts are days to weeks others are weeks to months. It is best to contact our sales department and ask for assistance.

Compass Systems & Sales, LLC will promptly deliver to Owner’s plant site, repair or replace any part of the system which is defective in design, workmanship or material within 12 months from start-up; no later than 18 months from the last shipment.

Yes, all of our systems come standard with a Full System Performance Guarantee that states the following: Should the system fail to meet the material handling specifications outlined in the proposal, Compass Systems & Sales, LLC will, at no additional cost to the customer, correct the system deficiency.
